The item was pretty much as described, and that’s all you can really ask for when ordering online. There was just a slight difference in the color compared to the photos, but nothing major or misleading. Overall, it felt fair and decent.

The order tracking technically worked, but it barely updated for a few days, so I had no idea where my package actually was. I also got inconsistent answers when I tried to check on it, which made the whole thing more frustrating. The package did show up eventually, just later than I expected. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but they really need to make the tracking and communication clearer...

The piece feels solid, the details are clean, and you can tell someone actually took their time with it. The packaging was fine too, and everything arrived safely with no damage. I’m giving 4 stars mostly because of the timing and one tiny rough edge I noticed, but I’m not going to pretend that ruined it or anything. The craftsmanship is still really good, and I’d order from them again.

The design feels clean, simple, and stylish without trying too hard, basically exactly what I was hoping for. I still like my go-to option, but this definitely made me rethink things a bit. Very happy with the result.

Isn’t the whole point of customer support to make things easier? They did get back to me in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience, but it could definitely be more straightforward.
